Infotech’s Paperless Office solution enhances Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with tools designed to reduce or eliminate paper-based processes across core business functions. The system supports document scanning, email distribution of quotes and invoices, automated payment workflows, and Excel-based data exchange. Integrated workflow automation enables approvals, notifications, and escalations without reliance on physical documentation.


The solution includes Infotech’s Document Management Extension, which allows users to drag and drop files and emails directly into Business Central records. Attachments are stored in cloud repositories and persist across document lifecycles, from quotes to orders, shipments, and invoices. Mobile support enables users to upload files or capture images directly from their devices.


Incoming documents can be processed using OCR services such as Kofax ReadSoft Online, which converts PDFs and image files into structured electronic records. These can be imported into Business Central as purchase invoices or other transaction types, streamlining data entry and improving accuracy.


Infotech’s Paperless Office architecture supports integration with third-party applications to meet additional business requirements. The solution is designed to improve operational efficiency, reduce physical storage needs, and enhance information accessibility across the organization.
