What is an upgrade? OK, you have an ERP system in place. Now what? Once implemented, an ERP system will deliver results based on the amount of effort you put into the deployment. But beyond that, your ERP system can deliver even more results by keeping it up-to-date. Microsoft invests literally millions of dollars each year in improvements to D365 Business Central. Those improvements cover everything from the technical side, to added business functionality. In any case, the improvements provide real additional value to your deployment, so it makes sense to stay current on release levels.
